“I ordered and paid for this on December 10th. I emailed Customer Service since the delivery date noted prior to payment was much sooner than the delivery date on the order confirmation. Customer Service assured me it would be sent out that day due to a recent inventory replenishment. It’s New Year’s Day and we haven’t received anything. I’m sure the poster is awesome... the rating is regarding our experience.”
