“I bought this as a gift for my sister who lives in France. I had an idea of what kind of thing she might like so the way the website works was great - it is designed to make it easy to search for similar images. Lots of information about size, options, etc and the website itself is super-slick. I had the framed picture and delivered but it fell over the switch out of the EU so there were some delays in delivery, but Ellie at K&G was great and reassuring throughout.”

“Ordered and paid the product, but it never arrived. After contacting the King and McGaw customer service I was send a tracking number which did not work. So no Christmas present for my Daughter this year I guess. I'll try to call them again tomorrow morning... Definitely not happy :(”
