“I was very pleased with the picture. It looks great on my wall. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the delivery firm Parcel Force. They were due to deliver the picture on Tuesday 21st of February between 15.40 and 16.40. This didn't happen. I didn't receive any communication from them to say when they would be delivering it. As it happened they tried to deliver on the 22nd February and we were not at home. Had they contacted me, I would have arranged a date to suit. They then took it to my local Post Office where I had to pick it up from on Friday. This necessitated me driving into town to pick it up.”
