“Love the print which is absolutely gorgeous, however, the frame in one corner was coming apart when I removed it from the packaging so i needed to carry out an unexpected repair. This let down my first experience of using King & McGaw and the reason why I scored it only 3 stars. I’d need to think twice about using them again due to the quality of the frame. Shame.”

“I have no hesitation at all in recommending King and McGaw. I have placed two orders with this company and, on both occasions, I have been very impressed with the very close colour match of the internet image to the purchased item, the quality of the framing and the careful packaging which ensures safe transportation of the print . “It's ok could be finished off a little better there is slight gap in the frame on one of them, and I think they could've used a deeper outline for the white frame paper one to make it stand out more”

It does sound like your frame may have arrived damaged if there is a visible gap. We would more than happy to arrange to have this one reframed for you.
