“I am a great fan of Rothko's art. There are few places that offer legal reprints of his most interesting paintings. I was very happy to discover the King & McGaw store. I ordered two pieces. The parcel arrived quickly. I did not unpack them until I went to the framer. Unfortunately, on the spot it turned out that one of the prints had two large scratches on the surface. I felt angry and sad. We will see how the reprints will look behind glass in the frame, from a distance. I thought it was worth the risk, because the process of sending them back, outside the UK, and after 3 weeks from receiving them, would be very inconvenient. However, please pay attention to the packaging process. These are not cheap items and this type of event is inconvenient for all parties.”

“I chose this Rothko because of the colours. The overall quality was excellent - solid frame and a quality mount. The print arrived on the correct date and was extremely well wrapped. However, the colours were darker than shown. I have been enquiring about another Rothko and Lauren has kindly sent me photos of a few you have in the warehouse so I can see the colours better. I will be ordering again soon.”
