“It's a great product - and I'm not just saying that because it's where I happen to live! Really easy ordering process, but massively let down by UPS delivery first of all claiming I wasn't in and then dropping it off (the following evening) at a nearby shop ... to arrange this involved them sending me twenty or so badly written and confusing emails. Once again ordering something online is really easy - getting hold of your delivery less so.”
