“The image was lovely, however, the actual artwork was not as described on the website The top and bottom white borders around the image were not equal in size, as shown on the website. The bottom border was twice the size of the top. Additionally, the artist's name appeared in large letters on the bottom border – on the website this is not shown at all. This is not how I envisaged the artwork would look when I purchased it and so I will be returning the print for a refund. On notifying the Company they apologised that I was unhappy with the print – no mention of the inadequacy of the website description or any action to change this or apology for wasting my time.”
