Dear Joshua, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with your delivery. The print you purchased is bought in from a supplier, which is why your order had a slightly longer lead time. This would have been stated when placing your order and on your order confirmation email. This being said, we did manage to dispatch your order early. Your order was shipped on an Express Delivery service with Royal Mail, as per your order requirements and the order was delivered the next working day, by 1pm. Unfortunately, there was no one avalible at the time of delivery so your order was taken to a Royal Mail collection office.
