“I have purchased two pictures by Marlene Healey on two separate occasions and am very pleased with them. The colours are exactly as shown on King & McGaw's website. It was very helpful to have a choice of frame finish which included a ready-fixed hanging chord and a wall screw. King & McGaw are very efficient in processing your order and their packaging is very cleverly designed to avoid damage in transit. The first picture was delivered by ParcelForce on the day and time advised by text. The second picture delivery was chaotic. First I was advised it would be delivered on a Wednesday which it wasn't and on Thursday I received a text message to say it would be delivered later that day but only found out it has been returned to the depot when I checked the parcel tracker. I rearranged delivery by auto-message for delivery the following Monday which didn't take place and again I only found out from the parcel tracker that the driver had tried to deliver but couldn't gain access which was not the case as I had stayed in to take delivery. Finally the picture was delivered on Tuesday with no notification provided. Very frustrating and three days wasted waiting for delivery with very poor communication. Not King & McGaw's fault at all but things like this damage the company's otherwise excellent reputation.”
