“Poster arrived with marks, smudges and striations including colour variations and imperfections. I complained and entered a dialogue with the company. They printed it again and sent me pictures - including the very same imperfections! On chatting with the staff on the phone it turns out this is not a reproduction of an original print. It is a print of a photograph of a poster, which itself has these imperfections on it. This information was not specified on the description at time of purchase. Shame - it’s a great iconic poster. But every one this company reproduce will itself have these imperfections on it. They are quite visible from a distance and spoil the reproduction. Whilst they were always very polite and helpful in their explanations, I found this a very disappointing experience.”
