“The poster itself it excellent quality, however the trim looks like it has been hacked with a cheap pair of scissors, and the margin itself is a good two inches wider than wanted or required, meaning that I will need to have it guillotined properly in order to fit a frame.”

Dear Tom, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with your order. We do state on our website that the image area of your print measures 64 × 42cm and comes with a white border. The total paper size is 80 x 58cm. I am sorry if this information was not clear. In regards to the cutting of your print, we are sorry to hear that print has not been trimmed to our normal standards. This information will certainly be passed on to your cutting down team.
