“I was very disappointed with this purchased, i have had another picture from them which was excellent. Street Art Heart Balloon looked as if the printer had started to run out of ink and was very faded in places, and you could only just make out the ballon was heart shaped. I have informed them of my disappointement, but as yet nobody has got back to me.”
