“You fulfilled the corporate plan of more profit for less product. Had the mount been a centimetre wider then the shoes wouldn't have been cut off. The picture deserves to be fully shown as The Artist intended, otherwise he wouldn't have painted the shoes fully! But the £105 difference between print and framed print didn't provide sufficient profit for you to give the customer what the Artist painted. What a shame.”
