“Having been pleased with a previous purchase, I decided that a birthday present to myself was in order. In celebration of my own Flemish heritage 'Flemish Proverbs' by Pieter Brueghel the Elder seemed an appropriate choice. Once again excellent quality of print and framing, and it's one of those paintings whose detail draws you in. Every time you pass by something new catches your eye and I was pleased to discover that the proverbs themselves are listed on Wikipedia, which adds to the fun.”
