“This has little to do with the Caromb print , everything to do with the framing. The print has brought a wow factor to our sitting room and we love it. But the K and M mount was far too narrow for the large print we selected. Online it looked fine, in reality it wasn’t. So we ordered a 100 ml mount and have reframed the print using it, together with a new frame purchased elsewhere. No problem with the quality of the K and M mount and frame, just sizing, If this continues, we are likely in future to order only prints from you, minus mounts and frames.”
