“Staff helpful re phone queries and delayed delivery request. The product is well produced. Have bought from this company before , testament to the fact we feel confident. One point: we went out and bought picture wire for hanging our picture since very large and heavy. Only when about to hang did we notice very tiny notice on the back strongly advising against using cord . It was not clear whether picture wire was an equally bad idea ie it was not sufficiently clear whether frame's brackets either side must lift onto nails no matter what; whether it was only cord that was inadvisable because the brackets might cut through it in time ; or whether double picture wire was acceptable . We went for this last option but would welcome reassurance.”
