“Final placing of the brackets is poor, the brackets are different lengths away from the top of the painting so it means having to remove and adjust myself. Quality control at King and McGraw therefore needs reviewing”

“Good quality print and frame. Took about a week to arrive. Absolute disaster of a delivery process thanks entirely to Parcelforce and a dishonest driver. King and McGaw willing to engage to try and sort it out. Would order from them again but not via Parcelforce.”
