“Beautiful print but unfortunately frame arrived with noticeable damage to the glass. Had a quick response to my email organising collection and reframing. Yet to receive news of when I should expect the newly framed print back but hopefully it won’t be much longer. Only slightly hesitant to order more framed prints, as at least the customer communication team are quick at dealing with this kind of issue if it does arise.”

“The print was beautifully framed and I love it. It was so carefully packaged even the UPS guys couldn't damage it on its way here. Quick delivery and I will definitely order again.”
