“I absolutely love it beautifully and tastefully presented in frame. So much more than I thought it would be. As the painting was based from earlier sketch of a scene in Deal in Kent it holds personal memories as I was brought up there.”

“We wanted a picture to reflect our interest in water sailing and the beech but are surprised that we cannot see a signature . However like most of the Lowry pictures there is lots going on . Not sure that after my ten years qualifying as a doctor at Manchester university and time working in Bolton hospitals we might have been better with scenes of leaving the mill or similar that evoke fond memories of the wonderful people of the area .”
