“This was recommended to me by a consultant in Sports and Exercise Medicine to complement my recovery from tendinopathy. I have been taking it every day before rehab sessions for about 6 months to get maximum benefit from my exercises and luckily I have seen a huge improvement in my injury. This collagen powder dissolves nicely in water, is easy to drink and unlike other collagen drinks I've tried, it does not have a weird or unpleasant aftertaste.”
