“finding them hard going as the tablet is so big and chalky. also I cant figure out if one table is 3 gms or the dose of 3 tablets are three grams. the packaging says 1 dose = 3 tablets (3 gms of creatine monohydrate)”

“Having used the powder form previously I prefer the tablet form. They are chewable and handy when in a rush, no preparing. Flavour is nice too. Defiantly will be sticking to this version.”
