“I like this mainly as it tastes nice and is a small package I was looking for lactose free protein which is sport infomed. All the vegan ones tasted awful, often becaue of artificial sweeteners to disguise that they taste awful anyway This is really is easy to have in my gym back for after training - and midmorning is an extra 20mg protein away from mealtimes”
