So delicious .. glad I bought the big tub. I mix it with oats and frozen fruit.. I find taking the drink in the morning keeps me going until lunchtime.
Also by taking the drink before my workout gives me energy.. I’m a 57 year old female and this protein drink is great for my waistline as there’s less carbs in it .. I also find my waistline is shrinking, I know for sure it’s the protein drink along with exercising , I highly recommend the lean Active protein powder.. it’s very tasty too not to sweet either. I highly recommend for menopausal women to help stay in shape with less carbs.. i definitely buy again .”
