“Easy to digest & does exactly what it says. Both Cola and Berry flavours are quite palatable, as much as a gel can be!”

“Great gel if you need a quick boost on runs. It will be my prefered caffeine gel going forward. Light on the stomach”

“This product is beneficial for improving the ability to sustain muscle power. This resulted in better times being produced due to the delay in fatigue. This product was easy to digest and a noticeable increase in energy was observed.”

“Great tasting product and is giving me the carb nutrients I need, I’d say it’s easier to digest for me as it’s a liquid gel whereas I tried another brand and the gel is like a gelatine mix so the digestion takes a bit longer and sits in my stomach a bit more so thoroughly impressed and already need to order more.”
