“Great for long Cycles and endurance races. Great taste and quick acting. Only drawback is they are difficult to open sometimes leaving too small an opening or tearing and spilling over the bike.”
“Kept me fuelled during Olympic Traithlon. Could probably do with a higher caffeine option. 200mg would be much better to save having to double up as got nothing from the single dosage.
