“Got this as I work shift work and need something to give me a boost for my gym training. As I can be regularly training close to times I have to sleep I didn't want anyhinng with caffeine. I've been pleasantly surprised how good this is. Taste is quite artificially sweet, but it is fine and very drinkable. I take this about 40 mins before my workout and I notice a huge increase in energy. Mixes great with water.”
