“Although this product seems to be generally good and definitely gives a pre-workout kick (muscle flexibility, energy, alertness etc.), I've experienced headaches on the right front lobe and blurry/watery vision, plus general exhaustion when resting.
I have never suffered from either symptom, so I know for sure they're caused by this product (I've tested it for several days without taking any other supplement in conjunction).
Now, whether it's caffeine, other stimulants, or a weird interaction of its ingredients remains to be seen.
Either way, I believe Kinetica still needs to better research and develop this product, as they're still not there yet.
Also, they should definitely look into offering a stim-free version.
The citrus flavour is very good, though; it seems to be drinking orange juice.”
