“Excellent pre work out, delicious taste and easy to mix. No 'tingling', or upset stomach and increased focus during my gym session. Highly recommend and will buy again. Difficult to get that last few scoops out from the tub though as it's quite tall for the amount in it.”

“Although this product seems to be generally good and definitely gives a pre-workout kick (muscle flexibility, energy, alertness etc.), I've experienced headaches on the right front lobe and blurry/watery vision, plus general exhaustion when resting. I have never suffered from either symptom, so I know for sure they're caused by this product (I've tested it for several days without taking any other supplement in conjunction). Now, whether it's caffeine, other stimulants, or a weird interaction of its ingredients remains to be seen. Either way, I believe Kinetica still needs to better research and develop this product, as they're still not there yet. Also, they should definitely look into offering a stim-free version. The citrus flavour is very good, though; it seems to be drinking orange juice.”

“Quite light, vibrant hence doing the job. I’m adding to my Prefuel the scoop of Energy and mix it with 500ml of water. Enjoying during my workout and trainings. Less thirsty , more focused and don’t have an instant fatigue:”
