However, I wanted to question the dispersibility of the product compared to a previous and similar 2.2kg order from Holland and Barrett.
Whilst, the Holland and Barrett product fully & smoothly dispersed when using a normal shaker assembly, your product leaves sticky, partly dispersed spots around the inside of shaker and the mouth feel of the final product confirms that the powder is not fully dispersed.
I decided to try your product since it is more competitively priced & also seems to have basically the same specification as the Holland and Barrett product. I therefore assumed that it's dispersion characteristics would also be the same, but this does not appear to be the case.
I would appreciate your comments on the above observations.

“Wry good for mixing and no lumps. Use this a lot for baking and it’s quite good. Just adjust your recipe to include a little more liquid as it it quite dry.”
