“Firstly the whey protein tastes great and mixes extremely well. I've been struck with a classic pot belly over lockdowns and I am back weight lifting and other cardio machine work. I've also cut down massively on what I eat. The shakes help support those cuts and have me satisfied, loosing fat and gaining muscle again. The creatine I mix with water when I'm working out and definitely helps me to keep working out along with my job and other family activities. All in all I trusted Kinetica brand from years of cycling and using their products before. Worth every cent and I'll be buying more in future.”
