“Having tried multiple whey protein powders in order to increase protein intake for the day and support my recovery from crossfit workouts at high intensity I have confidence in saying that Kinetica whey is the OG. Mixes easily, tastes amazing in multiple flavours I’ve tried and also allows other products such as creatine to be mixed in without compromising the consistency or quality. No side effects whatsoever and I will continue to turn to Kinetica for my sports supplements for the foreseeable!”

“It is delicious. I especially like to add it to frozen berry's before covering it all with porridge oats. Top up with water from the tap then 4 mins in a microwave ensuring i give the whole bowl a stir after 2. It's simple if you like building muscle on your body this whey is first class.”

“I've tried both the chocolate and vanilla whey and both are easy to drink as they mix well and easy to add to food. The flavours are good too as they are not overly sweet like some other brands.”
