About Kidvelo Bikes:

Kidvelo® Bikes is an exciting new brand launched in 2021, specialising in manufacturing kids' balance bikes, some which convert to lightweight pedal bikes. The founders are from two family businesses; the former official Strider Distributors, based in Australia and the UK. We had clear ideas born from 14 years of teaching children to ride, distributing thousands of balance bikes and listening to customers.

“Purchased the Rookie 12 for my daughter’s 3rd birthday she loves it! Easy to assemble and comes with tools that are needed to put it together, the build quality of the bike is excellent cannot find any faults, feels and looks solid with great choice of colours. The weight of the bike was a big selling point for me as some other bikes I looked at were close to 5kilos! The Rookie 12 weighs in at 2.8kilos my daughter can easily pick it up and even manages to carry it up a small flight steps at our local park and the light helps when she wants to walk and the parents have to carry the bike.”

“Bought first Kidvelo bike last Christmas for my grandson , light weight but robust . He loved it ! So didn't hesitate this Christmas to buy my twin granddaughters the same bike . Being quite small for their age, the very low seat height and light weight frame is perfect for them .”

“I cannot thank you enough for this bike, I did lots of research for a bike for my 3 year old granddaughter. She has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and has right sided weakness. She takes her bike everywhere with her now and rides it so well. This is due to it being so well made and lightweight. Her consultant cannot believe how well she rides despite her disability. THANKYOU with all my heart.”
