About Kidvelo Bikes:

Kidvelo® Bikes is an exciting new brand launched in 2021, specialising in manufacturing kids' balance bikes, some which convert to lightweight pedal bikes. The founders are from two family businesses; the former official Strider Distributors, based in Australia and the UK. We had clear ideas born from 14 years of teaching children to ride, distributing thousands of balance bikes and listening to customers.

“The grandparents gifted this to my 21 months old boy for Christmas. He loved it from the moment he has seen it and would go to bed with the bike if allowed and doesn't stop mentioning the bike. He can touch well on the ground with his feet and the bike his really light, these two things gave him the confidence to ride it from the very first moment. He did a lot of progress in a couple of days, allowing him to balance himself independently even if you obviously still need to be nearby. The bike is also very light and easy to transport for parents which is good because it's likely parents will have to carry it at some point. It looks like the bike allows for a good amount of growth and so we believe our boy will be able to use the bike for a good amount of time. We are all very happy about the bike and highly recommend it.”

“I ordered the Kidvelo Rookie 12 balance bike after a lot of careful research comparing every balance bike I could find on the UK market. Of all the bikes available across a very wide price spectrum only the Kidvelo met my key criteria of a low weight, air tyres, a well designed frame to suit my 20 month old grandson and a sensible price. The bike was delivered today and I could not be more pleased; it is astonishingly light and the manufacturing quality is excellent. I particularly like the ability to adjust the handlebar position to suit my grandson's reach. Overall, the Rookie 12 is very well designed, has an exceptionally low weight and is astonishingly good value. Now, I'm looking forward to my grandson's reaction when we can give him the bike in a few weeks time.”

“The bike is great quality and easy to put together with the instructions. Our little boy is still warming up to the bike (he’s used to his trike) but I’m sure he will love it soon!”
