About Kidvelo Bikes:

Kidvelo® Bikes is an exciting new brand launched in 2021, specialising in manufacturing kids' balance bikes, some which convert to lightweight pedal bikes. The founders are from two family businesses; the former official Strider Distributors, based in Australia and the UK. We had clear ideas born from 14 years of teaching children to ride, distributing thousands of balance bikes and listening to customers.

“I ordered the Kidvelo Rookie 12 balance bike after a lot of careful research comparing every balance bike I could find on the UK market. Of all the bikes available across a very wide price spectrum only the Kidvelo met my key criteria of a low weight, air tyres, a well designed frame to suit my 20 month old grandson and a sensible price. The bike was delivered today and I could not be more pleased; it is astonishingly light and the manufacturing quality is excellent. I particularly like the ability to adjust the handlebar position to suit my grandson's reach. Overall, the Rookie 12 is very well designed, has an exceptionally low weight and is astonishingly good value. Now, I'm looking forward to my grandson's reaction when we can give him the bike in a few weeks time.”

“The bike is great quality and easy to put together with the instructions. Our little boy is still warming up to the bike (he’s used to his trike) but I’m sure he will love it soon!”
