Hello. I'm so sorry the dolls house started to fall apart. We have checked our customer service inbox and could find no emails associated with this order or this email address, with nothing in spam either. That is most frustrating and must be for you too, especially with a product fault on your hands. May I suggest you pop onto the live chat tool on the site where someone will most certainly be able to help you. Emails can be a funny one on occasion, so live chat is always a great option to have.

“I ave just recently purchased a few products for my grandchildren, including a beautiful dolls house for my granddaughters 2nd birthday. The quality is excellent and beautifully made, however, not put it all together yet. Would highly recommend all the items I purchased.”

“The dolls house and furniture were so lovely the disappointment was that one of the doors was chipped and scratched which was such a shame and spoilt the opening of this Christmas gift somewhat. Overall a lovely item that I would recommend if it wasn’t for this defective part.”
