“They were not the correct type for my bike I was informed they would be in stock within the next few weeks & will have to send incorrect ones back which is inconvenient as I am disabled & need the bike back in action to help my rehab from a major stroke”
“I fitted a set of these to an Axos Cycle R as the strap retaining guide had broken on one of the old pedals. They arrived quickly and were fairly easy to fit, although my tip would be to use the thinnest 15mm spanner you have, since the gap between the crank arm and the inner face of the pedal (where the strap attaches) is quite narrow, and gets smaller as you tighten up the pedal.”
“I have had the same Kettler indoor bike for a long time - approximately 20 years.
Last year I needed a new saddle which arrived promptly from Kettler and fitted perfectly.
This year I needed to replace the pedals and so contacted Kettler.
We couldn't find out for definite if the replacements would fit - have standards and specs changed over the past 20 years? - but I was assured that if there was a problem then a phone call would secure me a refund. I never needed to make that phone call.
The new pedals with their new straps fitted straight into place and away I go again, hopefully for the next 20 years.
