“To replace a missing footcap for a 110cm Henley table bought from John Lewis in 2019 I bought a pack of four footcaps off the Kettler website. These footcaps are 35mm diameter. The footcaps for Henley table from John Lewis are 25mm diameter, which are not available.
1. The footcaps should be more rigidly fixed to the legs to prevent loss.
2. John Lewis and Kettler should make customers aware that replacement footcaps are not available or make them available.
3. Kettler should give the diameter of the footcaps on their website.

“Unfortunately, the footcaps have a larger diameter than the table legs, so cannot be used. I really only needed the red adjustable feet anyway, so have removed those from the footcaps and inserted into the original footcaps on the table. It's a shame that the diameter of the footcaps was not included in the information, as I would have measured the diameter of my table's legs and realised that they were not compatible.”

“The foot caps supplied were fine but did not fit my table which is apparently obsolete. As requested I returned the items via your free post returns. I have been advised that no foot caps are available for my table which after all this time is still in excellent condition.
I am now waiting for a £12 refund for the defunct order Jean Jackson”

“These were hard plastic whereas the ones they were due to replace were soft plastic. I’m not able to fit them on the legs at the moment. I contacted Kettler who indicated that I might be able to get them on it I soak them in hot water first. I haven’t done so yet but I will be doing so”
