“Your product which I bought as a present for a very special person for a special birthday & he is delighted with the quality. However the occasion was spoilt as it wasn’t delivered on his birthday as promised & it took 3 attempts to finally deliver it long after the date required & the special surprise was spoilt for which I’m very disappointed.
I had in mind buying a similar item for another special occasion but will reluctantly be looking elsewhere.”
“I ordered a Lille Dining Set and received it on time on Mon 30th June. Generally the quality seems good and there was little assembly to do - only putting on the table legs. Unfortunately I noticed that one of the chair legs is damaged. I took photos and sent a warranty claim to Kettler. Their website claims they always respond within 3 days. After 8 days I have not had a reply.”
