“Bought this based on reviews, and the fact that John Lewis sell them. It was delivered to me on a Friday, and during assembly found that a part is missing/defective so it won't go together.
Of course this was at 5pm and customer service is only open Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. I did send an email with photos but it's now Tuesday morning and I haven't had a response.
I'm sure it's a good quality heater, but I won't find out until A) they send me the part and B) I can put it together.
UPDATE: customer service today (Tuesday) emailed me to ask what part was missing, even though I'd sent photos and a diagram. I also explained that the instructions do not include a list of what should be enclosed. I have a feeling this is going to take quite a long time...”
