“Very well informed about delivery until time slot arrived. No advance warning of it being late and the tracking app proved to be not accurate . Customer service Team could add no more information re delivery. 2 man team apologised when they arrived. Unfortunately one leg frame had not been machined properly in the factory so I had to contact Kettler direct. Having contacted the Sales Team they were able to arrange for the factory to send out a replacement leg ( my suggestion as I had already put together the chairs) a few days later which enabled me to put together the Sofa. The set is just what we wanted, just a little disappointed by the overall experience”
“A little disappointed with quality of cushions, also some marks on table.
Not very easy to assemble. Had to use another tool to put legs on table ,Impossible with spanner provided to tighten nuts.”
