“We are very disappointed that the cushions aren't as advertised and do not allow the stated options of use. They are described as a 'two two-part cushion... with velcro straps to keep it securely in place'. We purchased two cushions. Those received were one-part cushions held in place with ties. Kettler was contacted and they confirmed that we had received the correct cushions, which do indeed fit the Hampton Steamer Chair. The advertised two-part cushion would allow the chair to be used with a cushion, with and without the footrest. This is illustrated on the website page for the Hampton Steamer Chair, but is not possible with the cushions received limiting their usefulness.”
