“Flat plates in general are great for bbqs especially for cooking fish. Don’t know what they aren’t a standard feature. This one works well, but could be improved by having additional drain holes on the opposite side to the one they have to cater for the bbq being sited in an uneven surface.”
“Just need to get the surface ‘sealed’ to stop food sticking to it.
Brilliant for vegetables and fish.
Not cheap, but never expect that it will need replacing.”
