“This is my third Kettler tennis table cover. The quality of the material is the best yet and consequently I expect it to outlast the other two. However, the means of securing against the wind is the worst of the three, which is disappointing. In this regard, my last cover was the best: it had two Velcro straps attached to the sides at the bottom that connected underneath the table. In contrast, my first cover had four reinforced holes through the bottom near the end of each side, through which it was possible to thread cord/string (not supplied) looping under the table (for added security) with the ends tied together. This latest cover has four similarly-positioned reinforced holes, but rather than going all the way through the material, they are only on the outside of a hem that extends fully around the bottom of the cover. Firstly, this makes threading cord/string (not supplied) difficult: I used 2mm plastic-coated garden wire to pull it through. Secondly, looping a single length of cord underneath the table means having to thread it only along the two sides (and not the ends), which in turn makes the cover awkward to get on and off. (It would be possible to thread cord all the way around the hem to use as a drawstring, but that would not allow for looping underneath the table.)
Curiously, the website does not specify the dimensions. Mine measured: height 159, length 157, width 10 at top & 85 at bottom (all measurements are lengths of seams in centimetres).”
