“Very disappointed and annoyed. I purchased this item to repair the rusted wheel assembly. I also tried to buy the rear rod to connect the wheel . (product no SKU97001067)
The item was marked "out of stock" and I contacted you for a delivery date.I was told that the product had not been reordered and would not be available until some time next year.
My lounger is now useless. Totally unacceptable”

“The replacement axles are easy to fit, my major reservation and the reason for my low score is their life expectancy. I have had four of your Alexa sun-beds for around 8 years. This is the seventh time I have had to replace a broken axle.”
“only because they were too long for our sun lounger but this was the only one available on-line. I had to order this on-line as they were not included when we bought the item from Braceys. I ended up paying for the item as when i contacted customer services to request a new set they did not get back to me. Ended up paying £32 for an item that doesn't fit. So overall really un-happy with Kettler, can't understand why when I contacted them for some help they wouldn't get back to me”
