“Thought I was buying weights but these are empty bags that you have to fill with sand. Also the instructions are pants, took me a while to figure out how to attach them and it is very fiddly. Now they are sorted they do the job.”

“These seemed a good idea but I couldn’t work out how to use them. I wrote to Kettler for help and just got a repeat of the useless instructions that came with the weights. I asked for clarification and to be fair, they sent some more pictures.
It seems that the inner ring detaches from the clip, but there is nothing in the original instructions to suggest this, and I’m the meantime I had bought alligator clips designed for tarpaulins, which worked very well.”

“Difficult to clip on to the cover. One of the connectors snapped on day two. They aren’t actually weights. You have to fill them with sand which provides the weight. Essentially you are paying for a bag with a flimsy clip on it in order to put some sand in. Was less than impressed by these.”
