“Thanks for your invitation to review my recent purchase Kettler. I’d love to be able to, however, despite receiving confirmation that my order was completed, I’ve still not received it! Upon querying its whereabouts with you it’s apparently now out of stock although the website stated they were in stock when I ordered. Currently my new loungers are getting very wet in the rain! Being asked to review is leaving me more perplexed as to what has actually happened with my order!”
