“I had previously awarded two stars because of the unfathomable way as to how to attach the sand filled weighted bags (which are admittedly well made and of the same good quality as the covers which are superb) but having just tried to ring Kettler on their published number I got a message telling me 'the mailbox is full' so I've given up and ordered some alligator clips on line.
Such a shame that the (relatively) small items lets the product down when a clear description as to how the clips actually work would have avoided the problem.”
We are sorry to learn of the issues you have had trying to fit the weights to your cover. There should have been an instruction document with the delivery advising on how to attach these.

“This is my second cover in 2 years the first one would have probably done another year but it got accidentally ripped. The material is different from my original one but it says it does the same , I’m hoping so as it certainly protects the furniture stored outside in the winter”

The material on the new covers is PU coated on the inside to add additional firmness and provides longevity to the cover. You should find that the new cover lasts longer for you. I hope that this helps
