“The Elba Grand Corner Set Protective Cover is excellent. The whole sofa is covered, it’s neat and snugg. Looks amazing and perhaps most importantly it does the job.”

My one negative would be the draw string on the bottom corners doesn’t tighten as much as I would like. We will be buying something to sit onto of the strings to weight them down. In total, I paid £3,759.
I wanted to extend the corner set so that it formed a larger "L" shape by inserting the chairs between the pieces of the corner set.
Before placing the orders, I rang Garden Furniture World to check that this could be done and that the chairs would match the corner set - same size, same material etc.
They assured me that the chairs would match the corner set and that it could be extended in this way.
When the furniture arrived, it was clear that they do not match - different size, different height, different back frame - and cannot be used in this way.
When I complained, all they offered was to take the chairs back, but that still leaves me with something I didn't want - a small corner set.
So having spent £3,759 and relying on their advice, I now have something I didn't want, having asked the question directly of their staff and receiving misleading advice.
I expected better from an authorised Kettler dealer.
