“Don’t buy this product. Very upset about the toxicity of the product. Used it on our recent Kettler garden furniture wiped off according to instructions then put seat covers back on. A few days later took them off and one cover completely ruined and covering cloth literally burnt away. We are currently in contact with Kettler and have sent photos.this is a dangerous product”

Upon reviewing the photos you sent, it appears that the damage to the cushions may have been caused by exposure to direct sunlight, resulting in a prism effect that caused burning. Placing cushions in front of objects that intensify sunlight can lead to unexpected consequences.

“Our garden furniture had suffered in the winter so we ordered the Cleaner, Protector and Shield + cleaning pads and cloths to rejuvenate my Alba table and chairs ready for the summer. They arrived fairly promptly and before using I contacted Kettler to check which order I should apply them. The instructions received was very clear and helpful.
Having finished the cleaning an application of the products the result is excellent and the furniture looks like new which is very pleasing.
There is also plenty of product remaining to apply again next year of whenever required once winter has taken its toll.
In truth we probably didn't need to order the cleaning pads or cloths as you could easily find substitutes (green washing scourers & any soft cloth) - plus we used a nylon paint brush to apply the Protector which gave a lovely even finish into all the crevasses.
