“Very disappointed, as I was told if they post it and something happened to it there not responsible for it, well it was broken in three pieces, not enough pcking inside no markings on box saying fragile take care and this cost £36 for postage, you think for that price they would at least make an effort to protect a fragile tile which cost about the same again. Sorry won't be using them again and we are a big housing association, so there loss.”
