“The Hollies is an amazing house full of character and set in beautiful grounds including a magical wood. A lovely welcoming note and basket of provisions from the owner was there to meet us. The whole house was spotlessly clean, the rooms were beautifully furnished, the beds super comfortable. My extended family and I throughly enjoyed ourselves dining together in the amazing dining room and relaxing afterwards around the open log fire in the spacious comfortable living room. We would all love to come back someday.”

“We stayed at The Hollies for an extended family holiday and it was a fantastic house. Plenty of room for all the generations not to feel on top of each other. An amazing garden for the kids ( the zip wire was a particular hit) and a house that immediately made you feel at home. Very comfortable beds, a lovely kitchen with everything you needed and a wonderfully helpful owner. Thank you!”

“Absolutely fantastic stay at the Hollies, the owner Deborah couldn't have been more helpful and informative before, throughout and after our stay. The house itself is spectacular, truly a house for all seasons, we were lucky enough to get good weather to be able to enjoy all the things the garden has to offer, we couldn't drag the kids away from the zipwire! The house is beautifully decorated but not so much that you don't feel at home. i could have happily spent another week there getting lost in the woods and sleeping in the comfiest beds i have ever come across. We will definitely be back”

“The Hollies is stunning. It's a huge house with lots of rooms and social areas for your group to be. The whole house is decorated beautifully. We made the most of the sunny weather and the gorgeous decking/hot tub/BBQ area. It was great to meet the owner on check-in who greeted us and showed us around her home, and so very kindly left us a welcome hamper in the kitchen. The lemon drizzle cake was delicious, thank you! We were a group of friends but the house would also be perfect for a family holiday.”

“Perfect! We spent a wonderful three nights here - and wished it could have been more - with a group ranging from 5 to 85 years old. As lovely as the house is, we spent hours outside: wine in the hot tub, conversation on the deck, cricket on the lawn and zip-wiring in the wooded garden. There are some beautiful trees here - I read beneath the shade of one for hours. The dog was in heaven too. The house itself was gorgeous - would have loved to have tried the fires and log-burner but it was too warm a weekend. The place has everything you need and is in a great location; the road makes it easy to find but once you're in the house and gardens the sense of other people and places disappears and it feels very peaceful and private. We loved it!”

“A lovely house in easy distance from London Close to great pebble beach at Hayling Island Great zip wire for all ages to enjoy and a garden to have fun with all the family but take your own stuff”
