“Loved the 'shabby chic' style of the The Grey Cabin and all the quirky, thoughtful touches. Great location next to the beach! Only criticisms would be that the curtains in all the bedrooms and snug don't keep out any sunlight, which is hard when you are woken up every day before the crack of dawn on holiday! We had to go into Rye to buy eye masks for everybody. Some shutters or black out blinds behind the lovely linen curtains would make the world of difference and would mean we'd love to come back! A smaller housekeeping point; there were at least 3 bulbs that weren't working in the lights around the house when we arrived so worth checking this before the next set of guests. Also the bedroom doors could do with an oiling as the hinges are very squeaky! But all in all, we had a lovely holiday!”
