“Great House for families. Very well equipped. Excellent intro/welcome manual. Great relaxed feel and vibe. One of the very best we have rented for our family reunions. There are one or two maintenance points that we mentioned to the cleaning staff. Wobbly lavatory pans in the downstairs loo and 3rd room on the right (yellow room). In the same room and in the second bedroom on the left the shower tap was too stiff. The excellent BBQ sways like an old drunk and it feel as if it might topple. The gardener canme the day we left and brought the garden up to speed - we wished he had been the day we arrived! The trampolive is positioned under trees so that it is constantly covered in bird poo and green algae as it never dries off. We cleaned it down and moved it to the middle of the lawn lawn to stop it happening again and the kids loved it. These are not moans but practical suggestions. We loved the house. Mary Thurston”
